“Jack + Bill is a public relations agency launching in July 2008 dedicated to identifying, branding and publicizing emerging fashion talent. Taking its moniker from the first names of Porter Novelli’s entrepreneurial founders, Jack Porter and Bill Novelli, the agency is the brainchild of a team of young Porter Novelli professionals passionate about culture, art and style in New York and helping emerging city talent get their brands off of the ground.
